Data Collection and Use
JobMark collects information from users at various points on this web site. Our site users provide most information voluntarily during the normal course of web site operations. This information is gathered directly through employer and job seeker account registrations, resume submissions and job posting activities, and professional forums and is used for the purpose of operating the web site. Other information is compiled from site traffic data that employs IP addresses and other numeric codes to identify a computer.

IP Addresses - JobMark uses IP addresses to help diagnose routing problems and problems with the servers as well as to administer our job sites. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information.

Cookies - JobMark uses cookies to temporarily store session data and password data. When the job site user terminates a job site session, job site cookies are deleted.

Employer Registration
To advertise a job opening on this job site, an employer must complete an employer account registration. We require the following information: company name and address, representative name, representative telephone and e-mail address, and contact e-mail address. An account registered on this site provides access to employer features on this site only.

Job Seeker Registration
To apply to a job posting through this job site, a job seeker must register by providing name, address and e-mail address. To take advantage of the online job submission, the job seeker is invited to create and file a resume on the JobMark system. However, the job seeker is not limited to application through this job site unless the employer's advertisement provides no other means of application.

Resume search will be a feature of this site. However, the job seeker controls the level of visibility of any resume or cover letter that is stored on this site. The job seeker can elect at any time to be excluded from search results and can also elect not to show contact information using privacy features.

Corrections and Updates to Information
Registered users of WorkForce50, both employers and job seekers, may update, edit and correct any information, at any time, that they have previously provided by accessing their private account using their confidential login and password.

Public Forums
This web site enables its users to make certain information publicly available through job postings, resumes or forum submissions. Please be advised that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose corporate or personal information. JobMark does not accept responsibility for the public disclosure of any corporate or personal information provided in this manner.

Likewise, this web site service enables a job seeker to submit personal information, via a resume, to an employer's job posting directly through this job site. We do not screen or validate the integrity of any employers registered to use the job site services in this manner. We do, however, make the best attempt at screening for bogus employers and bogus job postings. We also do not screen or validate the integrity of any job seeker resumes distributed to employers via this site.

Data Security
Information collected through WorkForce50 is stored in secure operating environments that are not accessible by the public. We maintain security measures to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of any information in our custody. JobMark security measures cover the point of collection and transmittal to the points of storage, secure storage and transmittal of specific information, controlled access by JobMark employees and controlled access to data and system, live and backup, files.

Communications
As a registered user of WorkForce50, you will receive standard communications via e-mail regarding your usage of the site. For instance, employers receive e-mail notifications verifying their new account registrations, transaction verifications, posting expiration notices as well as other routine communications. We also retain the right to send announcements of new features or services offered by this site as well as service promotions.

Sharing of Information
WorkForce50 operates independently from other JobMark client sites so there is no sharing of information or accounts between job sites or any other clients. JobMark only discloses personal data about you to the extent described in this Privacy Policy.

No personally identifiable information will be shared with current or future Partners, Advertisers or Sponsors unless you have agreed to allow us to share such information (although you may separately provide them such information). Some of your information may be shared on an aggregate basis only, as a part of a larger set of statistics (for example, that a certain percentage of job seekers are from California), but that information will not be sufficient to permit the recipient to identify you.

We may disclose personally identifiable information in response to legal process, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We also may disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency's request.

We sometimes contract with other companies to provide specific services on our behalf. When the user signs up for these services, we may share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party service provider to deliver these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

As NHC Group, Inc. continues to develop its service offerings; we might buy or sell companies or assets. In such transactions, customer information could be one of the transferred business assets. In the event that NHC Group, Inc. or all of its assets are acquired, customer information could be one of the transferred assets.

Children
WorkForce50 does not use this Web site to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. Children under 13 may not participate in any Web site activities.
