Position Description:
This is an opening for a property manager overseeing the daily operation (marketing, leasing, maintenance) of a mid-size apartment complex in Dothan, AL. Total of 4 people on the management team: two management, two maintenance. This position reports directly to the owner of the property. Must be experienced in apartment management -- if you don't have apartment management experience, don't waste our time or yours. Must be computer literate, well spoken, professional in attitude and dress. Base salary plus performance bonus; this position paid roughly $48,000 in 2008. | | | |
