Position Description:
Customer Perspectives is looking for additional Shoppers for local bank projects. Shopper performs a transaction at the Teller ($10.00) line to test name usage and referral skills, and uses suggested scenario to interact with a New Account Representative($15.00), inquire about a checking/savings accounts. Shopper does not actually open a new account (unless specifically asked) but does present him or herself as a serious customer who would be willing to open an account that day, in order to give the employee the opportunity to demonstrate sales skills and product knowledge. Areas needed: Mahopac Falls, Putman Valley, Hopewell Junction, Poughkeepsie, Brewster, Ossining, Yonkers, Sleepy Hollow,
Auburn, Cortland, Dryden, Odessa, Trumansburg, Ithaca, Aracade, Avon, Batavia, Caledonia, Castile, Rochester, Gainesville, Le Roy, Perry, Retsof, Warsaw
