Position Description:
As an Independent Contractor, you schedule your own appointments to conduct on-site risk inspections (i.e. Property, Liability, Products, Fleet, Workers' Comp., etc.) providing a detailed report of the risk for use by insurance underwriters. If you do not meet the qualifications listed and are interested in a career in loss control, training opportunities are available through the Insurer's Loss Control Institute. Position Requirements:
Experience in loss control or safety field. Ideal candidates will have experience in: Commercial Lines, Property and Casualty Risk Assessments/Loss Control or Industrial Construction/Fire Safety/Environmental Health and Safety. Must be detail oriented, able to meet deadlines, have excellent time management, and oral/written communication skills. A broad technical background and PC skills required. Reliable transportation a must. 		 
 
Education Requirements:
High School graduate minimum. Prefer some college. Professional certifications, CSP, ALCM and/or ARM are preferred, but not necessary.
